Having a self care plan can improve your mental health over time. One activity on my self care plan is walking for exercise.
Recently I was on my way to walk at the park when I became aware of some stressful situations. I lost my motivation to walk. Do you ever feel like that? It’s a frustrating feeling. I had my plan to walk for good mental health and then I got discouraged and all my desire to walk left me.
Here’s a video I recorded on that day and I hope it encourages you to do something from your self care plan to take good care of you today.
